I am thinking here will be my page in english about

making food, mainly vegetarian or fish /seafood dishes.

For Midsummer-week we ate shrimps "baby potatoes" (nypotatis) and herring. 

The weather is the best: Sunny, warm and with blue sky.

Forecast promise more of that for next week, so we are finally

here in the Midsummersdream we wanted, ever since Christmas.
