Boktips för Juli: Manne Stenros har gett ut två kokböcker med titeln Pohjanmaa a la carte. Första boken utgiven 2001. Båda böckerna kan beställas, sökas via  Bokus eller Ad Libris .   Here is a blue flower for June.  In July I think Sea Buck Thorne (Havtorn) I am thinking here will be my page in english about making food, mainly vegetarian or fish /seafood dishes. For Midsummer-week we ate shrimps "baby potatoes" (nypotatis) and herring.  The weather is the best: Sunny, warm and with blue sky.
